My childhood was spent in Russia. One of the unique inventions that existed in my kindergarten was garlic placed inside a Kinder Surprise plastic container.
Adults believed that this could protect us from colds. They would make holes in the plastic case, hang it on a string (mine was the most beautiful, red with glitter), and put garlic inside. We wore this necklace and constantly sniffed it.
Strange? Definitely, but it is part of the collective childhood of the post-Soviet space.
I reinvented Garlic x Kinder for adults and created a concept-jewelry piece where you can put whatever you want. Special thanks to Nastia Nikiforova for creating the 3D models.
